Q. How do I get my profile verified?

A. Upload all relevant certifications and documents on the "Skills & Documents" page and we will verify your profile.

Q. How can I get a MECRS account for my Organisation?

A. Click on the SignUp button on the top right corner of the screen and click again on the SignUp button under "Organisation Users Request Account". Fill up the form and send us your details and we will contact you regarding your organisation account.

Q. Can users from other organisations see my organisation's projects, requests and schedule?

A. No, projects, requests and schedule of an organisation is only visible to the users within the organisation.

Q. I am not able to login to my account. Who should I contact?

A. Send us your query by filling up the form available through "Get in touch" button at the bottom of Support page along with your email address and we will have a look.
